Kejuruteraan Mega Teras was incorporated in May 2002 with the objectives of providing total solutions in engineering for customers in global business. Since January 2007 Kejuruteraan Mega Teras has been renamed to Kejuruteraan  M&E Mega Teras Sdn Bhd. Currently Kejuruteraan M&E Mega Teras provides the following core services: 

• Supplying and providing service of lifting equipment for heavy and light industrial.   
• Conveyors, elevating transfer vehicle (ETV), overhead cranes, chain hoist and wire rope hoist.       
• Supplying Man Power for Building Facilities
• Supplying and servicing various type of motors and gears.
• Supplying and servicing of warehousing Docklevellers, X-lift and Goods lift.
• Supplying and servicing of  warehouse motorized and hand pallet trucks
• Supplying and servicing of weighing scales, Distributor of Leon Indicators.
• Supplying and servicing of  Electrical Goods For Light And Heavy Industrial
